- 1.1 Blanco Labs Limited ("Yucca", "our", or "us") is a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 15417106.
- 1.2 Yucca provides services related to the automatic calculation of financial metrics for startups by connecting to their bank accounts. Yucca is not a regulated entity and does not offer regulated financial services.
- 1.3 By accessing or using the Yucca service, you confirm that you accept these terms of use ("Terms of Use") and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the Service. The Service is owned, operated, and controlled by Blanco Labs Limited.
- 1.4 These Terms of Use set out the terms on which you may make use of the Service and detail your rights and responsibilities to us and our rights and responsibilities to you during your use of the Service.

- 2.1 Yucca provides a business finance information management service that allows you to consolidate and track your financial information. By using the Service you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
- 2.2 The Service will allow you to:
- Upload details of your accounts maintained at third-party sites ("Accounts"); and
- Access details of transactions and balances on Accounts.
- 2.3 The purpose of the Service is to show you all your financial information in one place. We monitor and analyze your Account based upon our algorithms.
- 2.4 You acknowledge and agree that the Service is not endorsed or sponsored by the providers of your Accounts.

3. Access to the Service
- 3.1 Access to the Service will be through our website. Yucca does not have a mobile application. Your use of the Service remains subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

4. Access to Business Bank Accounts
- 4.1 Yucca connects to your bank accounts via partnerships with Gocardless Ltd and Teller, Inc. Yucca does not initiate any payments or transfer funds; it only accesses financial information for the purpose of providing the Service.
- 4.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information in your Accounts for all purposes connected with the Service.
- 4.3 Content delivered through the Service is for use on our site only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content.

5. Your Privacy and Cookies
- 5.1 We use cookies and similar technologies to provide the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. Your Behaviour Towards Yucca
- 6.1 You must not access the Service without authority, or interfere with the operation of the Service or its security measures.
